For use the alarm is attached to the shoulder of the pyjamas and the cord plugged in. The cord is attached to the sensor and should be placed under the clothes with the sensor to be put in the underwear.
Made from a flexible plastic the alarm is easy to clean and can be used with pull-ups or diapers and is best attached to the underwear with a minipad.
